1. General Terms

• By accessing our website and services, you agree to comply with these terms.
• Pulse Beat Records reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Studio & Recording Services

• Studio bookings are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.
• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply.
• Artists must respect studio equipment; damages caused will be chargeable.

3. 50-50 Contract Partnership

• Artists eligible for the 50-50 Contract must have an established market presence.
• Pulse Beat Records will invest in production, promotion, and distribution.
• Revenue is shared equally (50-50) after investment recovery.
• Artists must actively participate in promotional activities.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All service payments must be made before the session begins.
• Refunds are only applicable in case of service non-fulfillment by Pulse Beat Records.
• No refunds for completed services or last-minute cancellations.

5. Copyright & Ownership

• Artists retain rights to their original compositions.
• Tracks produced under the 50-50 Contract are co-owned by the artist and Pulse Beat Records.
• Unauthorized use or distribution of studio recordings is strictly prohibited.

6. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior is expected from all clients and staff.
• Any misconduct may lead to termination of services without a refund.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Pulse Beat Records is not liable for any technical failures, lost files, or external distribution issues.
• Clients are responsible for backing up their own recordings.
